The remake bosses in Kannada cinema this time has given absolute respect right from the title. ‘Maryadha Ramanna’ Raja Mouli direction in Telugu is ‘Maryadha Ramanna’ in Kannada too. Guruprasad Patthi is directing this remake film – Komalkumar and Nisha Shah play the lead roles.

The blockbuster in Telugu made at a cost of Rs.18 crores for which Rs.2.5 crores house was built is made in Rs.3 crores in Kannada looking at the marketing aspects. The original film is so fine in all respects – so we have kept every frame as it is declared Guruprasad.

For the house the team searched Dubbal Gundi in Bidar and shot for 15 days. A bride of 500 feet was erected near Agasthyakone a place filled with rocks. There is 30 minutes graphic in this film.

Actor of high caliber and much sought after Komalkumar as hero is doing his fifth film. he recalls the days of ‘Kal Manja’ climax. It was nine days there and 14 days in this film. Mukeshi Rishi has a good role in this film pointed Komalkumar. Thriller Manju has done the action. Komalkumar traveled places like Cuddapah and Rayalseema and lost his weight from location hunt.

For the promotion of his film ‘Maryadha Ramanna’ Komalkumar is using the cycle to move around freely and meet people.

Producer Kumaresh Babu says Komalkumar is the key inspirer for him to take up this film. He said the remake of ‘Maryadha Ramanna’ is happening even in Bengali language too. The train episodes were shot for the film at Ramoji Film city.

Nisha Shah is in her fourth film. She has acted one film each in Marathi, Telugu and Tamil. She hails from theatre and staged many Marathi plays.
